Awesome. Friendly. Clean. Quiet.
Very relaxing, that was one of our goals. Very quiet, clean, and friendly. Had our grandson over for the night and they supplied pak-n-play at no charge. One of the best motels we have stayed in. All that we were looking for and more.

Where did friendly go?
The room was adequate, although warm. The A/C didn't seem to be working. There were two fans in the room which helped some, but the sleeping temperature was uncomfortably warm. Both the evening and the morning desk receptionist, I felt, were only just manning the station and the only breakfast help we saw was overtaxed with her work and not in the mood to be friendly. I realize that each Best Western is independently owned and operated, but if this was the first Best Western hotel we had ever stayed in we would think twice before staying at another.

Overnight stay
We needed a place to stay, the price was reasonable for Alaska in the summer. The breakfast bar was wonderful and I the exercise room was perfect. The night staff was accommodating and helpful as we called for directions on the way up from Anchorage. After a cross country flight, it was nice to have such pleasant service.

Currently under Renovations
The rooms were very nice and comfortable for family of five with a beagle traveling on budget. The hotel was under going renovations. The staff was excellent.

Nice place to stay
Lake Lucille Inn is a very beautiful place to stay. The rooms were larger than most hotel room I've stayed in. Most of the staff was very helpful friendly and responsive. We did experience trouble checking in, a new staff member was tryng to check to see if our room was ready, but she didn't have the know how to get it done, so we ended up waiting about an hour before finely checked in. Over all it a very nice place to stay, and I would say there again.
