Very well-maintained facility. Quite clean, everything in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. A real treat of a hotel in the airport neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable
Several fishing buddies and I stayed at the Travelodge during our time in Juneau and found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant but it was good food and the portions large. The hotel certainly met our needs as a base for sightseeing and local fishing.

Extremely helpful staff
If you are in Juneau for medical reasons this is the place to stay. They will drive you to your appointments,to the hospital and come back and get you. They will pick up your prescriptions for you if you like. The rooms are clean and there is a nice mecican resturant in the hotel. It is very close to the airport.

Great Staff, Comfortable Beds
Had problems with Alaskan Ferry Service, which was 12 hours late for arrival, no notice, staff at the hotel went out of their way, to help us out. To include late check-out, shuttle service to the ferry, and repeated calls to the ferry service, for updates. I can not say enough on how great the staff was in our situation.

Room review
Room was very clean with all the amenities. Microwave, fridge, fan. Nice restaurant attached and lounge. Would definitely recommend it to others and to stay there again.

"Great getaway hotel"
The hotel was centrally located in Juneau. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying there in the future.

The Buzz
Only Air conditioning was a Turbo Fan in the hallway that Hummed all through out my stay. besides that its was average, nothing fancy and not crummy.

Airport Convenience
I was there just long enough to crash one night. I quickly noted that it was clean, well-appointed, and close to the airport (in fact, I walked there, although I could have made use of the hotel's shuttle). Because it's well out of town, I would recommend it only to someone with a car. Folks wishing to see Juneau may want to be closer.
