clean, comfortable, but drunks in alley

Rooms were clean ,roomy, comfortable. Good downtown location, restaurant ok. However there were noisy and disorderly drunks in the alley behind the hotel at night. No free airport shuttle

clean, but old and tired

Stayed overnight to catch a flight home, booked to early and ended up paying 20 bucks more than the best place in town. Room was very clean, however the towel rack falling to the floor and the ceiling stain in the bathroom with the paint peeling off it landing in the shower stole some of the ambiance.

Juneau visit

Loved the view of Gastineau Channel, with pair of bald eagles using an abandoned pier in front of the hotel. Beds are long over due on having new mattress and box springs, and with sheets that actually fit. Heard very little noise from neighbors. Easy walk to anything worth doing in town. Hotel restaurant serves generous. tasty breakfasts.

Very comfortable & clean

Room was very spacious, good view, very clean & well kept. Would definitely recommend it to other Juneau, AK travelers. It is in a great location with a great view. The desk clerk who checked us in with our problem was less than freiendly, but the other desk clerks who worked the other shifts were very friendly & talkative.
