Juneau*s finest Hotel offers outstanding full-service accommodations, including complimentary airport transportation. Located facing the waterfront in downtown Juneau, the 105-room Hotel is in close proximity to most major attractions. The Hotel lobby and Chinnook*s Restaurant feature a permanent display of museum-quality traditional Alaskan Native artwork. Our newly remodeled rooms offer a choice of 1 king bed or 2 doubles, and have all of the amenities including coffee, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and luxurious bath and body works. Our waterview rooms offer a sweeping and panoramic vista of Gastineau Channel, the cruiseship docks, and Douglas Island. One will not miss a single site, from ships arriving to eagles soaring above. Our mountainview rooms are equally spacious and offer serene and quiet views of Mt Roberts and Mt Juneau.

Goldbelt

Used the hotel as a base for our Cruise West tour. The room was clean and spacious, although the TV was TINY. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served very good basic breakfast choices.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Don't miss Mendenhall glacier. Take the express bus for $7 each way.

Great Restaurant, Great Downtown Location

Big rooms and great location make this a good option. Zen Restaurant is excellent fare with an interesting menu and affordable lunch. This site is close to downtown shopping and waterfront. it is a short drive to other atarctions like the Mendenhall Glacier. The airport shuttle is a plus but the shuttle will not take you out to the ferry which is a minus.
