better than sleeping outdoors
For the price in Juneau, its ok. NOT great. The hotel DOES allow pets which is OK except when they are barking. The room appeared to be clean but old stained bedspreads make you think twice. The recliner in my room was broken. The toilet didn't flush right. The location next to the airport was GREAT! Walk out of the airport and right into the hotel. Continental breakfast was...I decided to go to Donna's for breakfast, right around the corner. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a basic room and a bed, it works.

We spent a week at the hotel and rented a car. We were very comfortable and felt really at home. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The computer printer was broken in the business center, but when we needed to print our boarding passes, etc. they let us use thier computer at the front desk. Very helpful in all ways

Purple ocean
Perfect location for overnight stay
Its not the most fancy hotel you will ever find, but it's perfect for overnight stay to walk back and forth from the airport to the hotel!

For the best in Asian food and the very best prices you can't beat Asiana Garden - with Japanese and Chinese menus - located across from Mendenhall Mall on the corner of Riverside Dr.

the location is great if you'd like to be close to the airport, but far from downtown. Pool and hot tub are pretty gross. Overall not bad and the room was good.

Nice rooms
The check-in was a pain, it was not ready when I got there and had to wait an hour. But, not too big of a problem. They gave me the room I wanted/asked for. The people at counter seemed a little unfriendly. It looked pretty clean, but upon looking around I noticed by the heater unit under the window that it either got moisture or something leaked because it almost looked like mold along the sides of it. Since it's booked up, I will have to see if I react to that. Coffee tasted different, but what can you ask for when it's free? Anyway, it is right by airport and I had no issues with noise from that, I did however get some from 30 soccer players that were running around and banging on walls.

It didn't seem to be near a lot of places to eat, but then I am not familiar with the area. Short drive to McD's and I heard possibly that there were places to eat at the airport.

Not for early risers
During my stay, there was no shuttle service or breakfast before 6am. If I would have known that before, I would have made a reservation elsewhere. The taxi to the ferry terminal cost more than the difference to stay at other local hotels that I know have early shuttle service.

Close to Airport
Everything was good, quick to check in, easy to check out, and best of all was it was soooo close to the airport. They also took care of my transportation as I had to be at the ferry terminal for an early departure.

Short walk from hotel
You can pick up your bag and walk to the hotel because it is so close! You can also check your bags in early and walk back to the hotel to get a bite instead of having to wait at the airport for security to open early in the morning.
