Room smelled like sewage when we opened the windows...no wake up call when requested and no staff to check us out. When we approached a staff member she stated her area was not open and that she didn't know who was at the front desk then went on
making her on personal coffee leaving is standing there for five minutes! We had to go to the restraunt to get help...for just shy of $500 a night this is a double thumbs down..
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
The shuttle buses to Daneli were way cheaper and just as awesome as the tour buses...they are by the same company and half the price!
Absolutely, do not stay at this lodge. The grounds are terrible looking, most rooms do not have a view even though you will be told you will have one. This place is a dive!
The first room we were in shook when the elevator was in operation, which
was a lot. We moved to a second room that just shook all the time and throughout the night from the washing machines in the maintenance area. The hotel was a cheap construction project with walls as thin as paper.
