Central Anchorage hotel suitable for business and leisure travelers
The Westmark Anchorage hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the convention center and business facilities, as well as some of the area's leading entertainment venues, such as the Center for the Performing Arts. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is 100% non-smoking. Facilities include a fully equipped fitness center and business center. Room service is available, as is tour reservation assistance.

Great birthday night
I went all out for my birthday and got a room downtown. The location was great for walking around to the restaurants and bar that we decided to visit, even my favorite art gallery. It was clean and the staff was friendly. All in all, a great night!

Ovn anchorage
Plenty of space and decent furnishings. However three items stood out. First there was much noise isolation from other rooms or the outside. Second, the tv didnt have local channels which are needed for local weather. Lastly, while the room was clean, but the bathtub had dirt and mayflies in it and we choose to forgo a shower.

Lots Nice
Safe, Friendly, Affordable
The location of this hotel was close to everything downtown. The staff were extremely friendly and helped with all of my needs. It wasn't built yesterday and thus doesn't look brand new, but it was clean and safe, that's all I need.

We stayed in town to see a show, and got a good deal from you for this hotel. When we got there the front desk man was very nice but changed our room to 2 full size beds, when we wanted one ( we are married),, didn't want to make a fuss so let it go. the water in the room smelled like sulfer.. bad.stinky. Most likely will not go back. why pay for a room you want just to have them change it .. not happy.

the hotel is lovely, good location. However, the entire stay- 3 days my room was never cleaned, Had to ask for clean towels, tea, etc every night when i got ind late. that was disappointing, Could use more parking next to building. I would stay again IF I knew the issue of having the roon cleaned everyday was settled,

the best downtown location
a very comfortable hotel just across the street from 2 of the best restaurants in anchorage. then it is less than a 5 min walk to the preforming arts center!

Alaskan Living In Florida
Excellent Location
If you are looking to walk throughout downtown Anchorage, the location does not get any better. They are located across the street from two fantastic restaurants and the Performing Arts Center as well as only being two blocks away from 5th Avenue Mall. Staff was friendly & the room was comfortable. Definitely a good value for the location.
