Downtown Anchorage hotel with free breakfast and free on-site parking
The Clarion Suites Downtown in Anchorage is located across the street from Delaney Park - the city's oldest park - which features a variety of memorials and recreational facilities. There is a Japanese Steakhouse (Benihana's) in the front parking lot. It is good, but unremarkable for a Japanese Steakhouse.

Good Hotel But Very Busy Place
Good hotel... Rooms were clean. I liked the fact that it had refig, microwave, two tv's in seperate rooms. Great for family. Hotel was really busy lots of kids but probably just because the State Basketball tournament was going on. Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast's ever but like I said it was busy. It was hard to get to the waffle machine with so many kids in line. Hard to find parking when reasturant next door is open.

Anchorage Hotels
The room was quite warm and I had to run the air when it was 39 degrees out, waste of energy!!! The TV was good, room nice, bathroom nice but poorly designed. Towels are hanging a mile from the shower and wasted space in the center. Breakfast although typical selection the food was best quality I've seen in quite a while. Why can't hotels get fresh bagels and pastry? Frozen doesn't cut it. Overall decent and well worth a repeat stay. I didn't know they had moved and ended up too far from work to walk. This place is about three and a half stars, not four, not three. Desk staff was quite good, the shuttle nice as well.

this hotel is OK
This hotel is generally OK for its price. I like its small but warm pool, breakfast buffet, and great hotel location. However, I am not too happy about this hotel because: 1) I was put in the noisiest room of the entire hotel, right by a busy street on the first floor, and just across the hall from the swimming pool, although I paid full price; 2) room ventilation is poor, and they do not have firm pillows.

We did a lot of sightseeing and loved Alaska! Beautiful state and we will come back.
