Very good stay

Horrible!!!!
The hotel was old & run down. Not in convenient location for walking, nor was it a friendly neighborhood for walking. Outside was overgrown with vegetation. In desperate need of painting. Inside was dark, small, floors needed sweeping. Light in sauna would not come on. Shower near sauna was out of order. People sat in the parking lot all day, vehicles would drive up, shortly visit then drive off. hmmmm The staff was friendly & the room itself was acceptable. However, the people in the parking lot was too much!

Moose's Tooth has wonderful wood oven pizza. They are very busy! Waited nearly two hour for a take out order.

Good place
Good room. Helpful staff, their printer in the lobby was out of toner, and they went out of their way to help me. Resturaunt has a excellent chef. Had the Cajun Halibut. I have had better fish before, but the sauce and crabcake were top notch.

More channels. DVD player. This hotel is great if you have pets and don't mind the pet odor. I don't have pets and don't like pet odor so I bought and used a whole bottle of Febreeze pet odor control

GOOD VALUE
Good access and plentiful parking. Good service. Stayed and second floor room and had heavy-footed persons staying in room above. Limited TV choices

Enjoyable Stay
All was well except the noise from the room above, they had a child running around until midnight. We had to get up early the next day and was just a little to much noise. Other than that the room was confortable and clean. The best part was the shower had good water pressure and drained.

Location was close to all amenities
The Best Western was alright. However, it looked a bit run down carpet was pretty old and a bit dirty. The room was not as large for what we are accustomed to. The bathroom was very small and did not have much counter space. The location was good and very centrical to all restaurants and downtown. Upon entering we noticed housekeeping had not cleaned the room they did get someone to come up and take care of it, but the room still looked dirty. Overall, we would not stay there again.
