Acceptable Heathrow Hotel
Our room was clean but worn. Air conditioner didn't work very well but opening window helped alleviate this. Biggest problem was 45-minutes Free Wireless Internet in the lobby didn't work on Saturday and Sunday. It finally was working on Monday afternoon. Obviously the person who could reset the wireless router doesn't work on weekends. Ended up using free wireless at McDonalds across the street from Hotel. We would stay there again...hopefully the internet works next time.

If you are comfortable walking and the weather is nice, you can take the free 350 local bus from terminal 5 to the hotel. Get off at first stop which is listed on bus's display as "Dukes Bridge". You can also tell the driver you want to stop near the Sheraton Hotel. Once you get off the bus it is about a 1 1/2 block walk to the Sheraton on the same side of the street as where you get off the bus. Walk in the same direction that the bus is heading. We took the Hoppa Bus from the Hotel to Terminal 4 when we flew back to the U.S. since it was the most direct method.

Confidence in Safety and Cleanliness
The hotel lives up to all expectations that are associated with their name. the agent arranged for me to flee from the hotel I was booked into to this hotel located at the London Heathrow Airport. The only issue with this hotel was the location is not too close to the exhibits and attractions, however the London transportation system makes this an easy to deal with circumstance.The lobby had about 7 PCs set up with free internet, the internet/wifi in the rooms was at a cost but everything worked and they had a printer readily available for guest use. The first hotel I was to stay in was supposed to have free breakfast included and I was so anxious to get out of that place I did not ensure this hotel provided that and it did not. My children and I had a great vacations and the staff at this hotel was very helpful and anxious to please.,

In really bad shape
The hotel was extreemly old and in really bad shape. The hotel staff wasn't friendly. You can hear the people in the next room talking, doors closing, damages that have not had attention. The TV is at least 10 years old. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

We stayed 1 night arriving in London & a 2nd leaving London.The reception staff were effiecient and helpful. We used room service for breakfast 1st morning, very well priced, fresh & filling. We used the "Buffet" for dinner the night of 2nd stay, well priced, staff attentive.Good location for the airport & our hire car company in Houslow. We paid the same price for rooms for both visits but the 2nd stay room was the same quality/presentation, but still good value against 'Rack' price!

Sheraton Heathrow
Near terminal 5 that would be the only reason to stay at this hotel. There are better hotels in the area but not as close to terminal 5.

Good hotel to stay in if you are
Good hotel to stay in if you are flying out of Heathrow early in the morning. Shuttles run every 15 minutes. Room very comfortable - great bed and shower.

Hotel is completely outdated. Carpete with many boles, old beds, old tv. It was a terrible experience

Good size rooms, comfortable and easily accessable to Heathrow Terminals using a shuttle - cost 12 pounds. It is good value and would stay again in similar circumstances. Staff very healful.
