One of the most stunning luxury hotels in Warwickshire, 4 star Premium Barcel Walton Hall is the perfect hotel for holidays and short breaks near Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. Sitting in 65 acres of beautiful countryside, this country house hotel is just seven miles from the historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, and 10 minutes from the M40. For a relaxing, luxury break this hotel offers a superb location for exploring Warwickshire. Barcel Walton Hall dates back to the 14th Century when the Mordaunt family built the Hall as their ancestral home. After undergoing a multi-million pound restoration, the Hall was re-established as a luxury Warwickshire country hotel retreat. The hotel has no smoking policy.

Standard Twin offers two twin beds. The twin guest rooms in the Coach House are just a short walk from the Hall. The rooms are contemporary in style with modern furnishings. Premium - Double
Premium Double offers one double bed. The Premium double rooms are contemporary in style with modern furnishings. Decorated in rich earthy colors they complement the beautiful surrounding English countryside. Installed with plasma screen TVs, DVD, WiFi, air-con, laptop sized safes, and a large working area, you'll also find quality facilities including iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers and refreshment trays. Many bedrooms boast spectacular views of the grounds.

Area description
With the historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick near the hotel, there is plenty to see and do in the area. The hotel is ideally located near Shakespeare's Birthplace and the many other attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon. Warwick Castle and Hatton Farm village in Warwickshire are only a short drive away, and Charlecote Park is on the doorstep. From the M40 northbound - Exit at Jct 13. Turn left and then first right. Continue through Newbold Pacey. Turn left at the T-junction in Wellesbourne. Turn right after the Watermill, following signs for Walton Hall. Continue down the single lane for 1.5 miles. From the M40 southbound - Exit at Jct 15. Take the 4th exit onto the A429 to Cirencester. Continue through Barford. Turn left at the next roundabout for Wellesbourne. Turn right after the Watermill, following signs for Walton Hall. Continue down the single lance for 1.5 miles.

I loved this Hotel

We chose this hotel as a weekend getaway for my husbands birthday. We loved the location of this hotel and didn't even want to leave to go to town. It was relaxing and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice quiet weekend away.
