Exit junction 12 on M3 (Eastleigh north) follow A335 Eastleigh and Boyatt Wood to next roundabout. Take 2nd exit signposted Eastleigh Town Centre. Entrance is approximately 200 yards on left through Harvester car park.

You Get What You Pay For

You get what you pay for. Overall the room was clean, but the shower curtain was kind of moldy, which was a big turn off. I also didn't have a car, which severely limited my food options. The train station is about a mile away, but there is a bus you can take. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to simply crash for a night or two, this is the place for you. If you're looking for more, including a night and/or restaurants, go elsewhere.
