Room decor is of a good standard
Room decor is of a good standard although I'm not sure about the fixed corner seat above the heating unit. Reminded me of a caravan interior. Would prefer to see individual chairs. Food was very good - evening meal and breakfast, although evening meal portions not particularly large. Overall though, very good value for money at £79 inc. breakfast.

Bit of an odd set-up. Rooms are in seperate blocks from main building. Takes a bit of getting used to - receptionist gives you a map of the estate. Leisure facilities very good (used pool,sauna & jacuzzi) Restaurant a bit pricey - £21.50 for two courses but when considered overall with room price and use of facilities very good. Location a bit off the main roads.

tucked away
rooms not ready on arrival staff were not aware of our booking double room booked, twin room allocated with no explanation or apology

Excellent choice - if you need
Excellent choice - if you need to be around east of Southampton and don't mind being in the sticks a bit. Highly recommended

This is a lovely hotel in the
This is a lovely hotel in the best setting! The only thing we want to recommand for the rooms is a hairdryer. This was the only thing that was missing. Breakfast was great, pool and whirlpool were the best. And the buildings.... WOW!!!
