This hotel is superbly located just a short car journey or taxi ride from all of the terminal buildings. Further Taxi information is available from reception on request.
Exit M25 Jct 14 and take the A3113 sign posted Poyle / Datchet (Horton Road). After 200m take the right hand turn into Calder Way at the Poyle 14 sign post. Take the first right after 50m and follow the road around to the right where you will find the Hotel.

We were looking for somewhere near Heathrow to extend our London trip by another couple of days without spending a lot of money. All it needed was to be clean, close and comfortable.
It was very clean (appeared to have been recently remodeled as
of Aug 2013) and reasonably comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. It's not loaded with amenities, though there is a cafe in the lobby and a bar that's open 24 hours a day (!)
As for close...
We discovered from reading other reviews that it helps to plan a little if you can.
The Hotel Hoppa buses run on a regular schedule from Heathrow terminal 5 (which has connections to fast rail into the city and to the Underground) and are reasonably priced (by airport standards) BUT...they do have a cut-off time and it's worth finding out when they stop running.
We missed the last bus one evening and discovered that some of the cabs weren't interested in giving up their place in the taxi queue for a short, unprofitable run. However, a quick call to the front desk provided us with the number to a car service that came and got us for no more than a regular taxi. Problem solved.
Also, it's worth buying your tickets on the Hoppa at the hotel, as it will save you a little more money.
A destination hotel it is not. But it is close to the airport and other ground transportation, it's well-maintained and the staff is quite good. All in all, it was pretty much just what we were looking for. I will remember this the next time I'm at Heathrow for an over-nighter.
Needed a value hotel by Heathrow and that's exactly what we got.
When you pull up first impressions aren't great but once your in your room you can't complain - nice and clean with good air con!
Didn't use the bar/eating area as we ate on the way.
If you take a cab, it will cost 30 pounds for you, and you know why? Because the hotel is not toward London, but to the other direction. If you pay with a credit card, additional 10 pounds. It is stupid, but no-ne tells you: there is a bus leaving
right outside Terminal 5, I forgot the number, call up the hotel and they will tell you. And that is 4.5 pounds.
This hotel is fine for a one night stay, especially if you have an early start. Just a 10 minute Hoppa Bus ride from Heathrow Terminal 5. Very handy and fairly reasonably priced. It would have been cheaper for the bus ticket if the ticket machine
in the hotel was working, but sadly it wasn't.
The trouble with this hotel is that there are too many add ons to pay for. They should think about making the general cost of your stay all inclusive. I had to pay quite a bit extra for breakfast, car park and the Hoppa Bus.
Breakfast was a disappointment! Continental cost the same as cooked breakfast which shocked me. It was very uninspiring with dry croissant plan bread jam, not much choice of fruit and no muesli. Coffee was ok.
The staff were great and very accommodating.
One word of warning is that there were a number of very loud customers there.
