It IS a quaint, older (500 YEARS!!!) original building - and hotel add-on with a FANTASTIC view of the Salisbury Cathedral - which is only a 10 minute or so walk. The rooms are NOT well ventilated - and one should be wary of extremly hot
weather - but other than that - a most attrictive place to stay.
