I was due to stay for four nights and left early because I was worried about security. It is not in a very good area (although handy for the town) and the front door has a security code on but on the 8 occasions that I went in and out, the door
was never properly shut which meant anyone could get in. Furthermore, the door to my apartment did not seem at all secure and I just could not sleep for worrying.
The space is good and you have everything you need but the floors did not look like they had been cleaned for some time and the sink in the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. I could not get the shower to go hot either which was a nuisance and there were no instructions.
The facility is safe and comfortable. The apartments are clean and practical with well appointed kitchens. Mine included both a dishwasher and clothes washing machine.
There's nothing special or romantic about it. This place is a practical place
for traveling professionals to overnight while in Reading on business. There is NO STAFF in attendance outside of business hours. Everything is self serve.

Long walk from hotel
The nearby Art of Siam restaurant (near intersection of King street and Duke street) has the best This food imaginable. It's really authentic and the service is great.
