booked 2 rooms, very simple to book. hotel was spotlessly clean and great location, we walked to the harbour in the evening. Only critisism would be the car parking, we payed the £10 for 24 hours in the car park, only to see a sign in reception saying we could have got a £4 reduction for staying in the hotel. Would have been good to have this information BEFORE we payed!! All in all though a great hotel.

Great night life just round the corner at the Barbican and around the harbour.

Picking son up from University

The hotel was perfect for our trip, location good, fairly central. Near to shops and also to the fantastic Barbican area for some good eating places.

Glass Blowing House, Barbican or the Pasta Bar, both really good value and good food

Good Location

Good location, but lack of car parking spoilt this trip for us. We had to park in a near by car park at £10 for 24hrs. Machine only accepted coins. Credit card process was lengthy and cost us due to phone calls so added expense. If arriving by car again would use Premmier Inn,which is near by,cheaper hotel and free parking.

Facility gets the lowest score

Facility gets the lowest score because they do not even have a car bay as you arrive to unload! You are on a double yellow line (UK road maro tellign you you cannot even stop there) and it is also a Bus lane (it was NO fun trying to unload the car). They have NO car park. One must go to a local public one 'round the corner. Aside that it is on a good location close to town centre and the Barbican area/port. Eveyrhting else was good.
