As I never go anywhere without my small dogs as they are my family, I normally stay at the Travelodge and this is the first time I stayed at a Days Inn and was very impressed.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and made a big
fuss of my little dogs.
There was plenty safe ground for me to be able to walk my dogs, which as any dog lover will tell you is essential.
The room itself was nice and big and with the hot weather we have been experiencing, the air-conditioning was very welcome and this is coming from someone who normally does not like air-conditioning. The bathroom had a lovely big shower cubicle with a built-in seat. All in all, the room layout, furniture, TV and powerpoints were well thought out.
Although the cost of the room was on par with the Travelodge, the room was far more superior than the Travelodge especially now that Travelodge have upgraded their rooms, which is more like a downgrade. The price for the dogs stay is also less than the Travelodge, so its Days Inn for me in future.
