I booked a family room for myself and my friend, we were only provided with one towel between the two of us, i had to leave the room and get an extra one, we were not provided with any spare bedding or pillows so i also had to go and ask for them.
The staff member who checked us in at reception was very friendly and welcoming however, the staff member who was on reception on our return after having been to a concert and for a sight see was rude and spoke down toward us in a threatening manner. We are two twenty two year old women and i felt the staff member was instantly dismissive of us because of our age. The rooms are clean and spacious for the money you pay. A major downfall of the hotel is every time you use the tap or flush the toilet the systems make a horrendous noise that sounds as if a train is running over your head, and this was not just the room as i found this happened the previous time i stayed in this hotel. I would go back to this hotel but only for 1 night as a pit stop i would not use it for a weekend stay or anything longer.
