A boutique style, privately run hotel, situated in an historic villa built in 1840 for a wealthy cloth manufacturer. The villa then became the home of the first Mayor of Eccles and the building retains many of its original splendid features. The Ascott Hotel is located within a beautifully leafy superb of Manchester, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The Hotel is also just 10 minutes (5 miles) from Manchester City Centre and is close to the Metro and Train links to give quick and easy access to the City whilst also being close to the M602 and offering complimentary on site car parking. The Hotel has a large period style guest lounge whilst each bedroom has been individually designed with all modern facilities. The Hotel also boasts a freshly prepared a la carte breakfast including continental options, full English, Smoked Salmon and Kippers. All served with freshly ground coffee or your choice from the selection of teas. PLEASE NOTE: Reception closes at 10pm every night. On Friday and Sunday we are also closed between 1pm and 5pm. We do not take arrivals at these times.
