Xmas break

Great central location. Rooms are starting to feel dated and ciuld do with updating soon to feel contemporary on a par with other Manchester hotels but they are Clean with good amenities. Not great value unless you get a deal though and missing that somwthing special that you get at other Arora hotels such as Arora Heathrow airport.

Rosso restaurant on the next block is incredible for dinner. Xmas markets in November and December are 30 seconds walk away on Albert Square.

Perfect City Centre Hotel

The Arora is unusual. It is big enough to do the job, yet small enough to retain personal service. Beyond that, it's the only city centre hotel in the UK I have ever experienced where every member of staff smiled, was helpful, and did their job perfectly. This is quite an amazing accolade! I didn't use the restuarant but the bar service was really good, even giving a free tasting of one product.

Superb central Manchester location

Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Superb renovation of Victorian commercial building in central city. 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station. Only complaint is need to purchase internet service which at 5 pounds a day is on the pricey side for such a quality hotel.
