Most shocking customer service ever

The Quality Skyline Hotel Luton Airport is just two miles from Luton Town centre and a few minutes from junction 11 off the M1. Needs a bit of TLC

What was potentially a good room was spoiled by tired decor and a really grubby carpet. Bathroom was not that clean either. Check in staff were freindly but appeared to know nothing about my booking with E bookers.

Most shocking customer service ever

I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over and ive had bad customer service but this was shocking. The receptionist was extremely rude, demanding a printed copy of my booking even though i showed her the booking on my phone. There really is no difference between a printed copy and the reservation on my phone, ironically they are the same !!!!! Still she insisted so i had to print it before i could access my room. I could maybe understand a little if they needed to keep it for their records but they didn't, so i can only assume it was to be difficult . The room was ok no coat hangers (which even travelodge offer) tv remote broken and according to a member of staff it not even supposed to be for the tv, so i have to question what was the point of it being there. overall my advise would be go to the comfort inn down the road a far better stay and much more friendly staff
