dirty, dirty, dirty!
The hotel was terrible. Dirty rooms, dirty "restaurant", awful breakfast (toast + jam + milk). I know that this is cheap hotel so I didn't expect 5*, but I expected CLEAN hotel. Unfortunately this one wasn't clean. Bed clothes weren't changed after previous guests! On pillows we found someone's nose mucus! AWFUL!!!! A spoon (just one in double room) looked like someone licked it! Beds looked like on camping (fold beds) with really old and dirty mattress. Summarizing - I didn't expect much, but I expected clean room - that's it and I missed it. If you can accept that your rooms won't be clean, wasn't cleaned up after previous guests than go to the hotel in other situations stay far away!

Anything for a quiet life
OK for short stay
Rooms very small but ok if you just want to sleep. Tiny bathrooms, but was quiet in hotel. Lift could only hold 2 people with 1 medium suitcase each. But not too far from underground, plenty of restaurants around the area. Seemed to be very safe area, didn't return until 10.30pm no problems with people walking around.

Our room had lately been decorated,
Our room had lately been decorated, was small, no chair, no where to put cases, new kettle but unable to fill it in the small wash basin, no toothbrush mugs, the sheets were clean but the bed covers looked dirty and were threadbare, the small bedside table was like a worn box on end with no front or back, the dressing table was warn and in nead of varnish. These things would be easy to put right and give the room a much better first impression.

Clean & tidy but a few minor repairs
Clean & tidy but a few minor repairs or maintenance would be great. Superb location though and handy for tube at Bayswater and Queensway and 4 minute walk from hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and just round the corner from Portabello Road.

pas si mal
Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Noting Hill, on peut faire pas mal de choses à pied et le métro n'est pas loin. Accueil moyen, la réceptionniste continue sa conversation au téléphone et nous donne nos clés en même temps ! Chambres correctes, ménage fait et serviettes changées.

Hotel simple. Bonne surprise : petit déjeuner compris (ça dépanne) 2 lits simple de petites tailles (70cm). Salle de bain correct. Hotel calme. Accueil et informations du personnel inégal. Bien desservie par bus et metro.

Vorweg : Super-Preis-Leistungs
Vorweg : Super-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !! Zimmer sind funktionell, aber völlig ausreichend möbiliert, Betten sehr bequem. Fernsehen könnte mehr Programme haben, aber wer braucht das schon ?Zimmer, Bad und Hotel sehr, sehr sauber. Bad neu und teuer ge-fliest. Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Cerealien,Kaffee, Milch, O-Saft. U-Bahn Bayswater nur 5 min. zu Fuß, sehr ruhige Lage !!

Nous avons été bien reçu. L'hôtel est très correct pour londres même si la chambre était petite, elle suffit largement pour un séjour. Petit déj servi à partir de 7h30 (corn flakes, toast, beurre et confiture, ménage des chambres tous les jours. Dans l'ensemble très satisfaite de l'emplacement et de l'équipement de la chambre.
