I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was really excited to be staying there again - the location is perfect for shopping and getting around London, but the section of the hotel I was placed in was being renovated so the noise of
construction started at 9am every morning. This is not good when you are on vacation, especially when this room was an upgrade.
Breakfast highly overpriced. Request for a quieter room was countered with a request for an upgrade o0f $50 per night.
There seemed to be more emphasis on getting more money from customers than on providing more customer satisfaction
Upgraded to suite for extra 30 GBP per night because it included access to an executive lounge which provided a "full English Breakfast" every morning. What was provided was a Continental breakfast buffet that often was not stocked. Concierge not
very helpful in dining our recommendations. Staff friendly. Location good primarily for shopping.
The room was a very good size, great value for the price, they included a complimentary continental breakfast and access to the lounge with internet access and all day beverages and snack. The housekeeping was exceptionally accomodating and
pleasant. Would definitely consider going back to this hotel
