Perfect Night Away
The hotel was located close to the tube and buss lines. Lots of great places to eat nearby. The staff was very friendly and professional. I do not have any negative comments about our expereince with this hotel. It was as close to perfect as it could be.

1st time to London
What a lovely hotel! We expected that our room would be petite in size b/c it is the European way. We had a double bed and loved our room. So modern and clean! Great tub for soaking weary walking muscles. Brilliant white linens, hot pot for tea and coffee, great view. (If you are an American who has an extra large car and thinks your bedroom needs to be as big as an apartment you are going to whine... but good luck fitting into the toilets in any restaurant, bar or public facility in this city. ) We loved this location! The shoppette located next to the hotel had little sandwiches and salads that we took to Hyde Park, across the street, for lovely little meals. Very pleasant staff- very prompt, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here!

Great Location
very close to the Queensway Tube station and across the street from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. We upgraded our room and thank God we did. The upgraded room was small. Overall I would choose a different hotel in the area. The location was great but the hotel was not.

comfort in a good location
close to Kensington gardens/hyde park so a lovely walk to shops Oxford st or Knightsbridge. Nicely redecorated hotel only critisism would be the noise from adjacent room doors closing ... with a bang.

Loved our stay!
The facilities were clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the Queensway tube station and situated directly above a gas station/food store with fresh fruit, vegetables, sandwiches, bakery items, and much more. We walked Hyde Park every morning. My only issue was the added expenses of breakfast (10 GBP per person) and parking (24 GBP per 12-24 hours). I would recommend this hotel to those who are not worried about cost of stay.

Cozy
Incredible location, next restaurants, supermarkets, shopping center and opposite to the footpath through hyde park to regent street. Nice room (not very big), nice staff, excellent cleanliness. One suggestion - lifts should be segmented to the different floors, otherwise it takes too long to go up or down (walking down 9 floors with hand luggage and ruck sack is quite uncomfortable).

perfect getaway
we booked this hotel for my birthday weekend celebration in London, on arrival the staff were really friendly, we went up to our room which although it was small it served for purpose, it was next to kensingtom garden and with in walking distance to surrounding areas, great value for money but punfortunatly no breakfast included, this was £10 extra per person per day, no thanks, can get cheaper elsewhere, would definatly recommend and go again :)

almost everything in london is a clost to this hotel if you are prepared to walk, took us 1hr15mins to walk to the London eye

Lovely - on the inside.
We spent 4 days at the this hotel, it was lovely. The only drawbacks were that the corridors perhaps were a little small, my boyfriend could touch the ceiling with his head! Also the outside of the building doesn't look much like an hotel - the petrol station really ruins it. The room service was very expensive though - £5 tray charge?? Apart from that - great service, lovely, clean room with an exceptional view.
