The Tower - A Guoman Hotel Rooms
- Standard Single
- We call these Standard rooms because we sincerely believe they set a benchmark for hotels in this category. As well as everything you'd expect from Central London luxury hotels, these rooms include some extra touches that are uniquely Guoman. In each of our Standard Single rooms at The Tower hotel, you'll find thick, comfortable mattresses and pure Egyptian cotton bed linen. The little things that, when you add them together, aren't so little after all.
- Standard Double
- Whether you're with us at The Tower hotel on business or purely for pleasure, our spacious, comfortable Standard Double rooms are the ideal place to relax and recharge. As well as everything you'd expect from Central London luxury hotels, these rooms include some extra touches that are uniquely Guoman. Egyptian cotton bed linen and a 32" plasma TV in every room are comforts you'd normally associate with a 5-star London hotel. But at The Tower hotel, you'll discover we believe in doing things up to a standard, not down to a price.
- Standard Twin
- We call these Standard rooms because we sincerely believe they set a benchmark for hotels in this category. As well as everything you'd expect from Central London luxury hotels, these rooms include some extra touches that are uniquely Guoman. When you stay in one of our Standard Twin rooms at The Tower hotel, you have free use of our gym; and if you fancy a snack to go with what you are watching the movie on your 32" plasma TV, room service is only a phone call away, whatever time of day or night.
- Deluxe Double
- A recently refurbished Deluxe room promises something extra, something a bit special. At a Guoman 4-star London hotel, it delivers all that - and more. Our Deluxe Double rooms provide a comfortable retreat at the end of a busy day's shopping, sightseeing or business in the City. And if the meeting overruns or the band plays seven encores, don't worry: room service is only a phone call away, however late the hour.

Good location but very expensive
This hotel is very expensive. Charges you 17 pounds for continental breakfast. 10 pounds per night for internet that hardly works. And the hotel looks nice online but in real life it needs some serious renovations for how much the rooms are! The view was amazing but of course we had to pay more for a room with a view. Staff was okay, not the best. Housekeeping was great!! There is a little restaurant that had great cheap food about a 5 minute walk from the hotel

Family visit
We had a good visit - the staff were helpful and attentive but cannot believe that a hotel of this standard does not provide complimentary wifi - not even in the lobby. A compulsory 15 % service charge on food and drink soon adds up when they seek a gratuity as well!

Needs a Lift
Fantastic hotel - location and staff but on Sunday morning there were too many people wanting to use the lifts at the same time. Many had to use the stairs. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.

Won't stay again
Poor service, dark rooms with uncomfortable beds, and general lack of facilities. There are so many other choices in London, so don't waste your money here.

Leave the hotel for meals. The prices are outrageous and the food poor. Cross the river for more and better options

Attentive staff. No complaints
I stayed at the Tower Bridge on business for 3 nights. The hotel has a wonderful view of the bridge. The staff were very attentive. While not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. My only complaint is that the hotel is quite expensive, but, I guess, that's just London in general.

Loved the View
We only had one day in London and were greatly appreciative of how polite and helpful everyone was at The Tower. We checked in early and were offered an upgrade and optional complementary breakfast or wine. We were too tired to eat out after our day but were able to have room service in our room overlooking a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge. Practically touching the Tower of London and in walking distance to the Globe Theater (and The Underground Tower Hill station). It was a little overpriced but everything is in London.

Serviceable, expected more
The hotel is in a great location! Right across the street from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Unfortunately with the recent upgrades to London's subway system, the Subway station (and subsequent lines) across the street are closed. As a result, it can either be costly to get places. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, the restaurants plenty, and beds comfortable. It is ridiculous that a hotel of this rating (and price) does not offer free wifi. Not only that, you must also pay to use the lobby computer. That's what prevents it from getting a 5-star rating.

Great location and views
The exterior of the hotel is a bit grim but inside it's a lovely hotel with helpful staff, if you have the choice pick a room which over looks the Tower. The Undergound is about 10mins walk. Lots of Bars and places to eat close by.
