Privately owned hotel with courteous and helpful staff ensuring the highest standard of personal attention. Delightfully set in the leafy calm of Queens Gate, the elegant architecture of the hotel reflects the refined splendor for which the Royal Borough of Kensington is renowed.

Great location/ okay hotel
You cannot beat the location of the hotel. It is right along the Picadilly underground line, several blocks from Hyde Park and with in an easy walking distance to some great restaurants. The hotel itself was okay. I had read several reviews about the staff being unfriendly, but everyone was very nice and accommodating to us.
