They balance their natural creativity with a superb range of traditional comfort foods and a willingness to cook something special just for you. If they have the ingredients to hand (organic and, wherever possible, locally sourced), they'll rustle up exactly what you want-when you want. There's a fine choice of wine too: more than 400 vintages, many of them personally chosen by Head Sommelier, Thomas Lamude. Very good with some remarks
e visit London for two days ( one night at the hotel). The apartment was big with a lot of space and well equiped. Hotel staff was always at your needs sometimes even too much. Night menu was too modest and poor quality in relation to the room price and the pretendence of the hotel. The Undergound station is quite far, about 1km, specially if the weather is bad.
