fantastic location

Chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it had a pool. We had to change rooms after the first night as we were right behind the lift shaft and could hear the lift mechanisms all night which kept us awake. The hotel staff changed our room no problem the following day. The hotel is situated on a quiet street and 5 minutes walk to oxford street. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and had lovely comfortable pillows. My 7 year old was given a fold away guest bed which arrived with a teddy bear complete in a Marylebone jumper (daughter delighted). We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food but there are plenty cafes/restaurants in the surrounding streets. Would definitely stay here again.
