Excellent Luxury Hotel
Excellent service and room. I had an issue with Orbitz cancelling my reservation prior to my arrival and then showing no reservation every being made. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in sorting everything out and even gave me a room upgrade even though it was Orbtiz's fault. Be sure to bring your Orbitz confirmation with you to the hotel when you check in. Apparently this is a common occurrence with Orbtiz and other travel discount websites. The atrium near the reception is beautiful. Great for events. Keep in mind this is a luxury hotel, so you have to pay for things like use of the fitness center.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at The Landmark Hotel from the minute we arrived at the door. We were traveling with my infant son, and was nervous that we would not have everything that we needed. But the hotel took care of all of our needs from the crib (with bedding), the concierge made dinner arrangements for a family friendly restaurant, and the doorman carried the stroller up and down steps everytime he saw us. The room was big and beautiful. We did not try any of the food services because meals were pricey. But the service was great!

Modern conveniences and Victorian style
We'd stayed in London before in a very nice but corporate in a could-be-anywhere way and been happy enough, but this was great. The service was first rate, the accommodations were wonderful (right down to the "do not disturb" buttons), and there was no mistaking that you were in London. And being right across from Marylebone train (and underground) station makes getting around town very easy. We hope to be back.

Klassisk lyx

Erinomainen hotelli
Tasokas hotelli, erinomainen palvelu. Hyvä sijainti metroaseman vieressä. WiFi ei kuulunut hintaan ja oli varsin kallis erikseen otettuna.

Vanha kaupungintalo
Puitteet upeat, hyvällä paikalla; metroasema vastapäätä ja bussipysäkki kohdalla, kohtelias henkilökunta. Aamiaisen hinta- laatu ei kohdannut. Hyvin vaatimaton aamiainen hintaansa nähden.

Direkt an Der U-Bahn
Ein wundervolles, klassisches 5 Sterne Hotel. Für uns sehr zentral gelegen. Mit 2-3 U Bahnstationen, welche gleich hinter den Haus liegt, ist das Zentrum zu erreichen.
