Fabulous stay at the Grosvenor
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grosvenor. With it being the Christmas holiday they offered us a free upgrade. The room was fabulous, spacious, clean, contempory and very quiet. I loved how it was extremely close to everything we needed, such as Victoria station, and an easy walk to many of sites. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (especially Wesley). We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Christmas in London
The Grosvenor is a bueatifuly restored railroad hotel in a great location adjacent to Victoria Station and a few blocks from Buckingham Palace. Rooms are very nicely appointed and clean although small. Staff is curtious and helpful. A great value.

One night at the Grovenor
We only spent one night, after a ncruise, we were pleasantly surprised at how great the hotel was. The room was perfect; the staff was terrific - always ready to help. Of course, the p;rice was terrific. Can't wait to return for longer

The hotel is located a few step from Victoria station, and the bus station, such as National Express, where one can get the metro to virtually anywhere in London. In addition, attactions, such as, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palce are all within walking distance from the hotel,

Quick London visit
The location of the Victoria station being directly below the hotel with an entrance within the station is most convenient. If you are flying out of Gatwick the Gatwick express train is literally at your doorstep.

Grosvenor Hotel is spectacular!
Conveniently located next to Victoria Station, the Grosvenor is within very easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Churchill War Rooms as well as Big Ben and Parliament. The staff is superb, very accommodating and concerned that each guest is taken care of very well. The buffet breakfast is terrific; didn't even need to eat lunch as the selection is amazingly diverse and beautifully prepared for both the palate and the eye. We would stay at the Grosvenor anytime we are in London.

Great Location
The hotel is located right next to Victoria Station and offers wonderful amenities and was just renovated. The room was a litte small but comfortable and modern and had a great working air conditioning. Some of the rooms are located adjacent to the main building - it felt a little like a labyrith and indeed you are handed a map when being accommodated in the non-main building.

A gorgeous, historic, beautifully restored hotel.
A wonderful stay; what stood out the most, besides the marvelous renovation was the outstanding concierege staff; the most friendly,, knowledgeable group of men; a true credit to the hotel. One item of note if you are short the bathtub is a challenge; it is quite high. Would stay here again and again

AMAZING
As the title says AMAZING, fantasic location, fantasic price, room/bathroom was out of this world. Free wi-fi, this is very new in this hotel group. Breakfast was lovely,lots of choice. If you are looking to book this hotel,it will not disappoint. The staff at this hotel are the most helpful I have ever come across whilst staying in London.

Great Location, Easy Transportation To All
Aside from the noisy street this was a great hotel. The hotel should invest in double glazed windows to cut the noise. Next time I would ask for a room that does not face the street. Otherwise good value.
