Great Boutique Hotel
Perfect location in Picadilly. Just outside of the circus, but walking distance to all of London. Staff was top notch. VERY friendly and attentive. They are available within a moments notice 24/7. From a knowledge standpoint, international guests generally rely on the concierge for transport, currency exchange, directions and food recommendations. Not to be negative, because we thoroughly enjoyed the staff, but the concierge's knowledge base was poor beyond all description. The currency exchange recommended took a 25% commission on top of a 10% overcharge for exchange. When asked for a local jaunt for a restaurant, we were sent to an American Chain restaurant. None of these ruined the trip, because after the exchange problem - we skipped the advice on the TGIF chain and asked a bartender. The hotel offers a breakfast that is BY FAR the best hotel breakfast in all of England, if not Europe. Internet is pay by the minute, so save up if you want to check your email. Overall, the hotel is spectacular. Very eco-friendly. Rooms are pristine and state of the art in all possible considerations. No gym though, but they referred to an LA Fitness 4 minutes walk away - which has a great facility.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
Waxy O'Connors Pub. It is the most amazing pub in all of the London. If you are looking for the local feel of an England pub in central London - it is the place to go. Top notch GastoPub food at good prices, but with a very friendly traditional English pub feel. Even better if you are looking to grab a beer without all of the footballers (go to the Red Lion during football season and you will know EXACTLY what I am talking about). 10 minute walk from the Cavendish, but worth every single step.

well located hotel with helpful staff
Stayed in London for 2 days during a multi-city trip. The staff at the concierge desk were very helpful in pointing out ways for us to take advantage of all the sights and attractions and get around the city. Had the breakfast included in our package and it was a good hot breakfast buffet and a decent value for money to start off the day. Was very close to both the Green Park and Picadilly Circus stations so easy to get the tube, and the bell desk would quickly grab a taxi for us when needed

If they include breakfast its a GREAT deal! Staff is very nice, rooms are very clean (a little small). The location is also fantastic (right next to the center of Picadilly). We also had tea there which is also very nice we recommend.

Perfect hotel for anyone.
We love this hotel. We've stayed there many times in the past and believe it is the best value in London. The rooms are spotless and the bathroom has big fluffy towels and upgraded soaps and shampoos. It sounds like a little thing, but it's wonderful when on vacation. It also has an excellent breakfast buffet. The location is great, a short walk to Green Park tube station, which intersects 3 lines, so it's easy to get just about anywhere. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!
