London Adventure

The Beaufort Hotel has an excellent customer service. The staffs are very polite, nice and hospitable. They made our stay there very relaxing and worry free. The location is great. It's just two blocks away from Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube station. It's close to the hop-on hop-off stops. There were many restaurants across the street. It's also just a few blocks from Sloane Street. You feel safe walking around the area even at late at night. We got the Deluxe Room, which has a King size bed and a pull-out sofa bed. It's quite roomy. Our room is cleaned and stocked up everyday. It was just inconvenient to have to go through the stairs and doors just to get to your room. The staffs are very helpful and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They helped us look for restaurants and arrange our transport to/from the hotel. They were serving scones that are super delicious, unlimited coffee and tea (24x7) and open bar in the evening with a great selection of liquors, wine and champagne and unlimited sodas and juices. They don't have a restaurant onsite, but you can order through them and it'll be delivered to your room. I will definitely come back and stay here again next time I'm in London.

Perfect London Retreat

The staff at the Beaufort Hotel went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. The complimentary cream tea 3-5pm, alcohol 3-11pm and the tea, coffee and soft drinks anytime of day was such a treat! The location is amazing, less than 5 min walk from Harrods and the Knightsbridge underground train station. We had a ball luxuriating and it was still really good value. Highly recommended!

There's a great Italian (family run) restaurant very close by. Montpeliano was recommended by the hotel staff as it was open very late, after we returned from the theatre. Not too expensive and delicious pasta.

What a find!

A perfectly located upscale, boutique hotel in the Knightsbridge section of London a block from Harrod's and the Tube. 24/7 tea, coffee and soft drinks. Daily cream tea and scones and a full bar from 3pm to 11pm ALL Complimentary. Free Wi-Fi throughout. They will match any internet rate. I cannot say enough about this place. I will definitely return.

The British Museum is free (donations accepted), Definitely rent an audio guide. The are only 5.50 pounds. Just be aware that although it can get you anywhere, the Tube is the most expense train in Europe. One short RT is 8.9 pounds which works out roughly to $14.50. Also, the train union workers are currently (Feb.) staging 48 hour strikes beginning midnight on Tuesdays. I got out to Heathrow for my flight home just in time. Check before you make plans.

Booked Superior Double

Major disappointment to myself &spouse Room very small certainly a misdescription on e bookers reservation form. Bed was no more than 4ft wide Should be more suitably described as a single room should not be described as superior. Otherwise location and hospitality very good with attentive staff Next time would ensure a better room only staying 2 nights and we did not make any representation.

Lovely hotel- great lcation.

This hotel is in a wonderful location and because it is small, it feels very special. The staff give excellent service and are well trained to deal with all sorts of issues which can arise with travellers.I hope they never stop serving cream teas and especially hope they don't close the free bar!

Lovely stay!

The Beaumont is a comfortable and well-maintained property located on a quaint and quiet cul-de-sac in Knightsbridge. Although one can walk within moments to Harrod's, it is still set apart from the madness of the Brompton Road foot traffic. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant, efficient and accommodating...I have nothing but praise for everyone I encountered! The complimentary cream tea was a pleasant treat over which I relaxed most afternoons. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary bar in the guest sitting area that could be enjoyed between the hours of 3:00pm and 11:00pm. Bottles of mineral water were provided free of charge in the room and replenished each day. I would unequivocally recommend The Beaumont to anyone planning a trip to London!

The Beaufort

It was very convenient to get to the hotel by tube from Heathrow. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The porters always had smiles on their faces and rushed to fulfill any request quickly. The rooms are very small but well furnished and extremely clean. The afternoon tea was a great way to relax after sightseeing all day and the downstairs lounge was very comfortable to have a glass of champagne (included in the free bar)before dinner. The hotel was quite busy while we were there but it was so quiet and peaceful, we felt we were the only people there. A great place to come back to and relax after a busy day.

A previous reviewer had mentioned Haandi so we gave it a try. The food was so good and reasonably priced for the area that we went back another night. My husband does not like spicy food usually but he really enjoyed the quality and flavor of the food at this Indian restaurant. It is just across Brompton Rd, very close to the hotel.
