Nice bedroom, hostel-type bathroom
This is a modern minimalist hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and nice. All the bathrooms had unenclosed showers so the whole floor flooded when used. Sr mgt was not available anytime during my 3 days, but other guests had the same issues.

"London Getaway"
The hotel and location were wonderful for the price. Unfortunately, the wetaher did not cooperate. Aside from a few minor items that just need some extra attention, this botique hotel met our expectations and needs. The free Wi-Fi is a grat touch, since most other hotels charge extra. Unfortunately, we did not dine in-house at the hotel; therefore unable to comment on their dining experience. The surrounding area offers a vast assortment of shops and dining experiences to enjoy and to cater to almost anyones needs. A friendly neighborhood atmosphere, you do not feel like you are caught up in a tourist trap. Transportation is easily accessible and convenient to use. Be cautious of a 3% charge for gratuities, that will/can be added to your bill at checkout if you are not aware or did not use any of their services. I would and will definetly recommend and return to TEN Manchester Street Hotel. Keep up the good work and stay alert and keep your attention to the small details - and more positive impression at the fron desk. Overall it was an enjoyable stay - looking forward to a repeat stay.

Perfect position and decent value
We had a wedding and reception in the Marylebone area so this was perfect. The rooms were a little small but everything was there and furnishings were modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient. We didn't use any other facilities so cannot comment but the dining room looked good and they have a cigar room which is a little unusual. We parked in nearby Cramer street and then re-parked after 6:30pm on Harley street as it is then free so you can save yourself some money if you are staying on a Saturday. The car park doubles up as a farmers market on Sundays which was pretty good given the size. This hotel was definitely the best value for money hotel in the area but no skimping on the quality of the rooms and staff. Definitely would consider staying again.

Ten Manchester Hotel - Nice Place
Nice, clean, quiet hotel in Marylebone area of London. Near Baker Street tube stop and very close ot Regents Park. Easy walk to Oxford Street shopping. This is a lovely place. Any of the reviews that complained about this hotel are highly suspect. I'm as tough as they come and this place exceeded expectations. Only one issue - bathroom doors are frosted glass. A little freaky for some. Hot water in the shower sometimes absent.

I LOVED IT!
The Hotel was clean & new. The staff super friendly & attentive. My room was a little on the same size for myself. But, I pretty much just slept there and changed clothes. It was quiet and close to Baker Tube or down to Oxford Street for shopping. Room had flat screen and DVD player - useful for all region DVD's

A very pleasant experience
This is a small hotel located in a quiet, upscale, mixed residential/business neighborhood. It is immaculate. White glove, and the staff is extremely friendly. All requests were handled with enthusiasm. This included advice on where to go, and how to get there. The only negative is the size of the room. Otherwise, we found it ideal. The location is great, halfway between Regent's Park and Hyde Park. A short walk to Bond Street (shopping). Tube stops there, and nearby at Baker Street. Also, there is a pub a few feet away.

Rested but hungry
Great hotel, not great food
I must say that the hotel itself and the staff were great. However, when you travel for business and rely on (look forward to) being able to eat well at your hotel, food quality becomes a very important factor. The food here was generally cold, (either) tasteless or overly-salty, lacked dressing, coffee was delivered luke-wam, numerous times. Sorry guys, but you MUST rectify this. The restaurant looks and feels great, but was always empty. No surprise. A new chef, and all will be rectified. Other than that, a great affordable luxury hotel in London... that part IS a rarity. Then again, the food is not in-expenseive, especially for what it is. So that all adds up.
