Convenient location
The windows let in all the street noises which go all night, with arrivals and departures. A room out the back would be quieter. The shower is so small you cannot bend to pick up the soap. Very nice decor comfortable bed.

If only there were a lift!
Well equipped compact studio that was very clean. Visitors who have difficulty with stairs need to arrange for a lower floor room as there is no lift. Fantastic location just a few minutes from Euston Station, where supplies can be bought from Sainsburys and M&S. My only complaint is that the windows are single glazed (its probably a grade 2 listed building) and as the bed was under the window I had to use towels and pillows to reduce the draught on my head! All in all very good value for money

Cost efficient London stay-over
The accommodation was a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross and fairly close to Covent Garden and British Museum. It was in a quiet residential area and was perfect for someone who is a light sleeper. The room was very small (compact would be the positive description) and the bathroom was narrow - if you were fairly large, you would struggle to use the bathroom facilities. However the kitchenette was very useful and overall provided everything we needed for an economical price.

A weekend in London
Lovely setting but small rooms
The room was MUCH smaller than I expected or saw in the online photos. I went for a room priced at the mid point whereas I think the photos were for the most expensive room so I felt a bit ripped off. But, the room was modern, clean and quiet. Its a very short & safe walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras train station so its quite convenient too. One negative, if you arrive before check in time, there is nowhere to leave your bags except in the hallway outside the office (along with dozens of others). That might be of concern to some.

Good Overall, But Shower is a Challenge
Excellent location close to Euston, King's Cross and Russell Square tube (underground/subway) stations. Quiet. Room is decent-sized with the exception of the bathroom. While european bathrooms are generally small, the shower is unbelievably minuscule. I doubt it is even 2 feet by 2 feet. It is very challenging to shower, especially if you are tall, and you can forget about washing your feet. It is impossible to bend over. If you drop the soap, you have to get out of the shower in order to fetch it.

Home from home in London
Ideally situated for site seeing - good local area for eating (late at night as well!). Having cooking facilities in the flat is by far the best way to stay in London so you can eat in/out as you choose. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and its good value for money.

Excellent location, good facilities
We had a double patio studio for one night. The room was downstairs but we were offered help with our bags. Everything was very clean, and the facilities were good. The little patio had a table and two chairs, and was lovely for sitting in the afternoon sun. The only small problems were that there was no headboard on the bed, and only half of it was against a wall, so it was easy for the other person to lose their pillows! And there was no hand soap in the bathroom, so we were washing our hands with shower gel (probably just an oversight). Would definitely stay again as it's so handy for Euston and St Pancras stations, and clean, bright and friendly.
