Fine dining, modern styling, and in the heart of theaterland

The Strand Palace Hotel London is ideally located within walking distance of many of London's major tourist attractions. Guests visiting the city on business can make use of the hotel's nine conference rooms. There are excellent transport links right outside the door, including tube stations and bus stops that further add to the hotel's convenient location. The hotel's interesting contrast of a very modern interior with a typically old-English exterior makes for a comfortable stay and the on-site bar and restaurant serves various European dishes and a traditional British carvery. Wi-Fi is free of charge and available throughout the entire hotel.

hotel très bien situé chambre

hotel très bien situé chambre sur l' arrière très calme mais petite ainsi que salle de bain pour un hÖtel 4 etoiles Petit déjeuner parfait Par contre, personne ne parle le français . Ni à la reception ; ni les concierges, et surtout le fait de payer la bagagerie pour chaque valise est petit et mesquin pour un hotel de ce rang !!!

hotel très bien situé.Demander une chambre sur cour pour éviter les bruits de la rue.L'americain breakfast est très bon.C'est une bonne adresse, le charme des anciens "palaces victoriens "agit encore dans le hall...les chambres sont refaites dans un style épuré , c'est tant mieux...

Hôtel très agréable, situé au

Hôtel très agréable, situé au coeur de Covent Garden. Personnel aimable & serviable. Je retourne systématiquement depuis plusieurs années ds cet hôtel lors de mes déplaments à Londres, où le seul bémol est le prix du petit déjeuner : 15£ pour le buffet, c'est vraiment excessif.

Très impressionée par l'accueil

Très impressionée par l'accueil à la réception: chaleureux et professionel. On se sent aux petits soins. Si les couloirs de l'hôtel laissent à désirer (murs jaunis, moquette au sol qui date de l'An 40), la chambre et la salle de bains sont impeccables: récemment rénovées, propres et fonctionnelles. Rien à redire. Mais le must du must ce cet hôtel, c'est l'emplacement: sur le Strand, à 5 minutes à pied de Covent Garden ou de Trafalgar Square. Et ne vous y trompez pas, c'est également très calme. Pour un excellent rapport qualité/prix, il est difficile de faire mieux. Je retournerai au Strand Palace Hotel sans aucune hésitation!

Contexte: Voyage en famille pour

Contexte: Voyage en famille pour un anniversaire "sénior". Grand hôtel avec tous les services (portier, service postal, etc...). Large hall. Chambres refaites, de grande taille, feutrées, lit ferme. Excellent emplacement géographique à proximité immédiate de la Tamise, Charing Cross, Trafalgar, du théâtre Adelphi etc. Avec la réduction offerte par le site, le prix devient intéressant. Very quiet hôtel with comfortable accomodations (large rooms, good beds,no noise, nice bathromm etc). Excellent location close to places of major interest. I would recommend it!

Trés bon palace, service parfait.

Trés bon palace, service parfait. Petit bémol sur le wifi "gratuit": il faut demander un code valable 30 minutes... Trés bon emplacement!

Hôtel idéalement situé : en plein

Hôtel idéalement situé : en plein centre de Londres, à côté de Covent Garden, dans un quartier commerçant et à proximité des théâtres et restaurants. Les chambres individuelles sont un peu petites et anciennes.
