Dining
- Caxton Grill
- Caxton Grill is the latest neighbourhood restaurant in St. James's, offering timeless, yet sophisticated modern European food in warm and inviting surroundings. The Caxton Grill is one of the few London restaurants to install a Josper Grill, a technique that imparts a distinctive charcoal flavour to all the local and handpicked ingredients placed upon its coals. The Caxton Grill is designed for the modern guest. The Caxton Quick is the perfect choice for a time-sensitive business lunch, though a more leisurely lunch is on offer of course. In the evenings, a visit to the restaurant, is an elegant affair - pre-dinner cocktails on the terrace, an indulgent dinner in the Grill, a digestif in the Bar and then a minute's stroll to the underground - all the ingredients for a night to remember.
- Caxton Bar
- The Caxton Bar is everything a central London bar should be. Warm dcor that creates a sense of calm and repose, making it the perfect place for locals to meet after work or visitors to take a well earned break whilst exploring the city. The Caxton Bar has an excellent choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including inspirational 'flights' of wines and whiskies - an opportunity to compare, contrast and and discover. For those feeling peckish, the Bar serves tempting snacks, including indulgent sharing platters.
- Caxton Terrace
- The Caxton Terrace, at St. Ermin's Hotel, offers guests and visitors something very rare indeed, a beautiful alfresco bar where they can enjoy a refreshing beer after work, or sip a cocktail before dinner in the Caxton Grill . The Terrace also serves a tantalising selection of bar snacks and sharing plates to complete this outdoor experience. This spacious terrace can be exclusively reserved for private events and functions, such as wedding receptions, birthday parties - in fact the sky's the limit.

Excellent in every way
St Ermins hotel in London is a gem. My wife and I stayed there sept 3rd thru the 6th 2011 and had a great time. First, the location is perfect. 10 minute walk to big ben, and west minster abbey. 10 minute walk the other direction to Buckingham palace. Right next to st james tube which is really easy to use! we went to wimbledon nonstop on the tube. It was great! The concierge Juan is awesome! He goes way out of his way to help you, get you tickets, maps, directions, etc. The restaurant is very nice as well. We only ate there once because we wanted to try all the different places, but on a sunday night at 9pm its nice to have such a nice restaurant as a back up. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone going to London. Very clean, safe (right next to Scotland yard), and a very friendly staff. Excellent!

Great Place to Stay
This hotel is classically elegant and modern at the same time. The staff is outstanding. In addition to their amazing care of each guest they went out of their way for me. I was injured at a monument and they helped with getting me to an Emergency center and treated us quite well offering assistance for the rest of our stay.

About four subway stops away was Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus a great place for restaurants, bars and shopping. Walking distance to other attractions such as Parliament and Winchester cathedral.

A Jewel
We LOVED everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond... Especially Ivan who sent up champagne and chocolate after learning it was our anniversary. We ate in the bar area and it was quite good. The location couldn't be better for a visit to Buckingham palace or Westminster Abbey. Will forever have fond memories of London thanks to St. Ermin's!

Awesome London Hotel
From the moment you enter the spectacular courtyard and are greeted by the impeccable doorman, you know that this is a London hotel to remember. Enter into the spectacular lobby--beautiful, old, antique, but not antiquated. The room was clean, quite large, comfortable and full of amenities. The bar was cozy, but sophisticated. The location was ideal for our sightseeing. Perfectly close to the tube and walkable to lots of sights. I would highly recommend this hotel--five stars!!!

Excellent vacation
Our hotel stay was perfect! We were so close to everything we wanted to experience. The room was perfect, Sleeping for 5 and 2 bathrooms made it very accomadating. The hotel was beautiful, we ate in the dining room last night we were there, it was enjoyable. The only thing was a mixup on the taxi that we were suppose to take to the airport the morning we left, they gave ours to another group of people but we had one within 5 minutes so we were not put off any time.
