AVOID
Stay away from this "hotel". I expect small rooms in London but this is ridiculous. The bathroom was smaller than most closets and you only got a clean "towel" (large wash rag?) every other day. There was no elevator and we (both 70's) were on the 4TH FLOOR! There was also no working phone. It could receive incoming but you could not make outgoing although the phone at reception desk worked. There was a pay phone in the lobby but that did not work either. The young man in reception (Stavros) was excellent and got us a lower room and made 2 calls for us. I would advise staying away from this hotel in particular and Sussex Gdns in general. The cost is not worth it!

Une salle d'eau très basique mais
Une salle d'eau très basique mais un séjour très confortable. Il manque néanmoins le WIFI. A recommander sans réserve.
