Personal Empfang: bis sehr gut und bis durchschnittlich (reaktiv statt proaktiv), je nach Person und ob männlich oder weiblich... Zimmerservice: sehr gut! Frühstückservice: dito Empfang Zimmer Für zwei Personen zu klein/eng. Bügeleisen/Brett und Teeset im Schrank statt Tablare für Kleiderablage. Kleider mussten im Koffer bleiben...

Parfait !
J'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir beaucoup surfé et lu le maximum de commentaires et je ne me suis pas trompé, il correspond parfaitement aux photos publiées. Nous étions trois et avons eu un deux pièces avec grand écran TV dans les deux chambres ! D'un design très élégant, cosy mais moderne, d'une propreté impeccable, avec une belle salle de bains dotée d'une robinetterie en parfait état de fonctionnement (ce qui est rare !). Notre chambre était très calme car située sur l'arrière. Déjà en arrivant dans le hall d'entrée, on est agréablement surpris par une déco chaleureuse et plein de petites bougies allumées, période de Noël oblige, c'etait charmant. Toutefois, je ne peux pas juger le déjeuner car nous l'avons pris à l'extérieur. A noter également l'emplacement formidable, à la sortie directe du métro (ligne piccadilly directe depuis Heathrow, le pied !) et un arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel, ainsi que le musée d'histoire naturelle à 5 minutes, Harrods à 15 min. Quartier résidentiel bordé de belles maisons, magasins, poste, restaurants et même "Paul" juste à côté. Le seul bémol concerne la caution demandée à l'arrivée et qui me sera recréditée sur ma carte de crédit par après, ce manque de confiance n'est pas très commercial, mais c'est peut-être courant à Londres... Nul doute que lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres nous retournerons au Rydges Kensington !

Wenn man weiß, was man will...
Super-Lage: 2 min zu Fuß von der Tube. Heathrow, Westminster, Tower sind direkt zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, die Betten bequem. Wer ein Hotel also nur braucht, um zu schlafen und um von dort schnell woanders hinzukommen, hat es ideal erwischt. Das Hotel ist auch sehr stylisch, die Zimmer fast schon überausgestattet und das Personal sehr nett. Wer im Hotel auch "Wohnen" will, hat es schwer. Unser Fenster ging in einen ungastlichen Hinterhof, das Zimmer war zu klein, um einen Koffer auch nur irgendwo bequem zu platzieren, und die Lobby ist so ziemlich das Ungemütlichste, was ich seit Langem gesehen habe. Eine echte Zumutung ist das Frühstück. Um € 18,-- bekommt man ein abgemagertes Continental, zwei Sorten Wurst, eine Sorte geschmacklosen Käse und nicht mal ein Ei. Aber Costa und Pret-A-Manger sind ja nicht weit...

Superbe hôtel
Photos conformes à la réalité, personnel accueillant et prévenant, superbe chambre, trés belle, propre et calme, localisation fantastique à 20 m de la station de métro de Gloucester road. A choisir pour de prochains séjours.

Agréable séjour
L'hôtel est vraiment très confortable. Il est très bien situé. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul reproche est que le personnel ne parle pas le moindre mot de Français. (English of course !)

petite chambre mais très bon emplacement
Joli lobby, moderne et à cette époque de l'année (fin novembre) joliment décoré pour Noël. Mais chambre vraiment petite. Et un personnel de nuit qui a mis du temps à venir ouvrir la porte :)

Die Bewertung "mittel" beim Service
Die Bewertung "mittel" beim Service bezieht sich lediglich auf das dem Hotel angegliederte Restaurant. Ansonsten war der Service "gut". Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, nur ca. 50 m von der U-Bahn Station "Gloucester Road" entfernt. Diese hat eine Anbindung an 3 Linien und ist ohne Umsteigen vom Flughafen Heathrow aus zu erreichen. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten London-Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
