The location, the room and restaurant in ten hotel were excellent. The hotel staff was knowledgable and very nice. My wife and I love it, we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing entrance
Beautiful hotel, amazing entrance foyer, bar and breakfast room. I had a single room which was very small and could get any hot water from the shower. Pressure in the taps were bad also. Overall lovely place to stay and great location near the tube and facilities.

The hotel was in a very nice area, very busy traffic all the time. I thought breakfast was included, unfortunately not, so maybe a bit dear just for a room. Staff were friendly.

I was a bit surprised by the standard
I was a bit surprised by the standard of the rooms, but it was clean and had an air condition system which I thought was very positive. Breakfast was so-so, did expect more to be honest. Was relieved to see that there was an elevator in the hotel. All in all, a nice hotel, and I would stay there again.

Very satisfied customer
Great hotel and location in London
We went to London for a short holiday, so looked for good and convenient location for hotel. I know Rydges Hotel chain from my stay in Brisbane, so very happy that Kensington Rydges Hotel has the same quality in service and friendliness of staff. Did not take breakfasts at hotel because we found too expensive, compared to outside offers of Garfunkels and La Patisserie nearby. The hotel should look into offering affordable breakfast. This trip has been a great one compared to the one I had made in Oct.2010 when I landed into an awful hotel in Paddington area. Will definitely come back and choose Kensington area as base when visiting London in the future.

Even though the room was a little
Even though the room was a little small the hotel location was in a brilliant spot the train station was 50 meter away,2 super markets within a couple of minutes, a great array of eateries, post office with ATMs and money exchange.across the road,tours buses outside the door.virtually everything u need is within easy reach and to top it of the staff were absolutely fantastic.they couldn't do enough for u.highly recommended.stay in the executive queen room.

Ok For Resting Your Head
The wait and maintenance staff was very courteous. It was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. Air conditioning in the room was astonishing. It cooled in 2 - 3 minutes. The room was small but cozy. I've seen smaller in London and New York City. The location is the main attraction. Breakfast was not included in my booking. I would go elsewhere as the menu in the restaurant is very expensive and the buffet is 10 GBP. Also the walls in the hotel are very thin. You can hear conversations and water running in the next room.

The hotel is in a good location,
The hotel is in a good location, however it is a very old hotel in need of a renovation. The internet and local phones call charges were very expensive here. There was only one lift which was very slow.

Mixing Business and Pleasure
Well located, Good Deal
The hotel was in a very central and convenient location. The room wasn't huge, but the bed was large and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and temperature. I did not hear much noise from the area and the room service was inexpensive. The one thing that bothered me about the hotel was that checkout was at 11am and they wanted me to pay 55 pounds for late checkout, which I think is a bit ridiculous. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
