Better than sleeping under a bridge
Reception has friendly and professional. The room was rather a shock, on the ground floor, with a minimum of interior but no window. The AC had the sound of a starting jet. The room was not worth its price but I guess this is what one can charge in London.

budget traveler
Tiny room with a hole in the floor outside the bathroom and a light over the sink that didn't work. When I got bitten up with bedbugs (and killed three of them crawling around on the bed), the staff put me in another room for my last night and tried to claim it was mosquitos. Maybe I should have calledthe health department.
