Rex Hotel London offers 28 guestrooms located on three floors. Rooms feature TV, complimentary WIFI, telephone, refrigerator (on request) and ensuite shower. Some rooms have shared bathroom facilities. The Hotel offers complimentary breakfast served every morning and complimentary WIFI access in the public areas. The reception is open 24 hours. Located on the north bank of the River Thames, residential Hammersmith retains a bustling, city-centre feel with high-street shops and offices. The area around the magnificent 19th-century suspension bridge is often busy with those visiting Hammersmith's riverside pubs, especially in April when the annual Oxford-Cambridge boat race passes by. Fulhams main thoroughfare, the Fulham Road, is filled with smart bars, chic restaurants, and fashionable boutiques. The area is best known for Stamford Bridge, the home stadium of football team Chelsea FC.

Unusual Hotel Experience

We were really surprised to see our "en-suite" room with a shower cabin randomly standing in the corner of the room, not separated with walls. As well as toilet was shared between others which was not mentioned in the room description. The toilet was extremely small with about 5 cm distance of the toilet from the door and sink. The breakfast area was in the same small room with the "reception" desk. However, the breakfast serving staff was friendly and welcoming, with not a bad variety of food.

horrible customer service

i had contacted orbitz months in advance to notify them id be a day late in arriving to my hotel and [...]said that was fine i could check in a day late and everything would be fine. well something got mixed up and the hotel gave my room away and charged me extra for a better room...which was pretty terrible and will not stay there again. [...]

A limpeza era bastante deficiente.

A limpeza era bastante deficiente. As camas não foram feitas durante os dias de estadia. No último dia chovia no quarto, em cima do frigorifico. Apesar de ter sido um fim-de-semana de muita chuva, é uma situação inaceitável. O aspecto positivo do hotel é a relação localização - preço.
