Excellent Service and Location!
This hotel was perfect! My room was very nice, the staff was extremely courteous and the location couldn't have been any better! The hotel is within walking distance to museums, good food, great shopping and several tourist attractions. I was always greeted by the staff by my name...I don't even know how they all knew my name without prior introduction, but it was a nice touch! Oh...and the room service was fantastic - the food was delicious! I'd highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again!

Far less than 1st Class Operation
We had the unfortunate experience of traveling during the Great European Snow of 2010. Flight was diverted to Ireland. Although I phoned the hotel each night, I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I didn't appear for the first 2 nights - but was charged for the room anyway. [...]intervened and got a refund for us. When we arrived in London, we stayed at another hotel around the corner from the Radisson and treated well. As an aside, others on our diverted flight had their London reservations in other hotels honored.

Very happy with this choice of hotel. I have stayed in many London hotels over the years and for the price it provided a well finished room in an excellent location. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel
London hotels are generally small and expensive. This is a great find - recently re-modelled, a little boutique-like, and well put together. Great location for the west end and for the British Museum.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
If you wake up early with jet lag, walk the back streets until you find one of the many small (often Italian) cafes with black cabs parked outside. Buy a copy of the Sun, and enjoy a fried breakfast with some genuine local color. Never more than 5GBP and a great experience

Wonderful Stay & Fantastic Location
The Radisson Edwardian Marlborough Hotel is really the Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury (post- renovation). It is one block from the British Museum which was very convenient. In addition, it was several blocks to the Tottenham Court Road Tube station. If we were not taking the Tube, it is in walking distance to Oxford Street (shopping), Shaftsbury Street (theaters), Soho (shopping & LGBT friendly bars/restaurants), Covent Garden (restaurants & shopping), and was a pick-up stop for our Golden Tours.

Brilliant Hotel, best we have
Brilliant Hotel, best we have ever stayed in on all accounts. Arjun from Receptions was our guardian angel - he took care of everything for us - even arranged an early check in and breakfast as well. Upgraded us, looked after us beyond belief. Radisson Hotels should be very proud of Arjun and his work ethics and customer service.
