Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel

A great experience and friendly welcome, a few minutes walk from the blackwall dlr station Great room with a large walk in shower and bang olufson TV and an angled view of the Thames and o2dome Comfy bed too

Good secure parking but television in room was so up to date it took ages to discover how to switch it off.!

The hotel and facilities are very good and the hotel staff were very helpful. My wife enjoyed a day in the spa and there is a lot you can do there for free (but of ciourse my wife paid for a treatment, which she enjoyed). Less impressive is the restaurant. The service was terrible and then the food was average and small portions - definitely not worth the long wait. The restaurant experience aside, we had a lovely time. The hotel is on the river, but there's not a lot else nearby, although access to other areas is good via the DLR and Blackwall station which is a short walk away.

none of the front office staff had ever heard of Festival Hall in Southbank- and this is London. They told me that their clients don't go to classical music concerts...

Hotel was excellent. Very luxurious and clean, rooms great, view from the docklands over to O2 was amazing. Area lovely and quiet. Would recommend.

Good location for Canary Wharf, Excel, O2 & City

I've stayed at other Radisson hotels before with work and as my previous experience was very good I booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary. Although, the hotel is out of the centre of London, it is only a short distance from the DLR and it was easy to get into the city. The staff were very friendly, the decor modern and the public areas of the hotel were well maintained. My criticisms of the hotel are; 1) the cleaning of our bathroom was not very thorough and I found a used plaster in the shower (not mine or my husband's) 2) The light fitting in the bathroom ceiling had become loose and was hanging down from bare wires 3) There was no mirror on the dressing table, which made styling my hair with straightners very difficult. For the money paid, I expected better.

Gute Lage etwas ausserhalb der City. Sehr gute Anbindung an die DLR zur City und nur ca. 4 Stationen vom City- Airport entfernt. Ab zwei Personen lohnt sich ein Taxi zu nehmen. Ca. 10 - 11 Pfund pro Weg. DLR Blackwell : 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel. Also, Lage bestens, werde es wieder buchen.

Todella ystävällistä ja osaavaa asiakaspalvelua. Viihtyisä lobbybar. Sijainniltaan aika kaukana keskustasta, mutta metrolla pääsee helposti liikkumaan (kävellen liian pitkä matja vaikka matkustajana olenkin himokävelijä!). Hotelli oli hieno ja siisti, ainut miinus siisteyteen tulee siitä että huone oli vähän pölyinen mutta se nyt on mitätön pikkuseikka.

Es war, wie es man sich vorstellt. Ein wunderbar bis excellentes Hotel in guter Lage Canary Wharf. Es empfiehlt sich die Anreise via London City Airport, dann per Taxi (15 Min, 10 GBP) oder DLR (40 Min, 2 GBP) . Fussweg von der DLR-Station Blackwall zum Hotel ca. 5 bis 10 Min. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist sehr gut. Preislich interessant ist sind die Menüs (ca. 20 GBP, 2 Gänge). Das Zimmer ist geräumig und stets sauber, Ausstattung ist sehr schön und gut. Eigenwillig dagegen die Ablage für die Wäsche: Schränkchen im Bad. Spa ist im Preis inbegriffen. Verbindung in die Innenstand via Canary Wharf (10 bis 15 Min Fussweg, dann Jubilee-Line) oder Busse (5 Min Fussweg, Bus 15 Regent Street). Ein äusserst empfehlenswertes Hotel, gerne das nächste Mal wieder!
