Great location but IT nightmare
Awesome Bloomsbury location that is just a block from the British Museum. Problem is that Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and printer for boarding passes didn't function properly for two days! Planet Earth to IT maintenance...hello?

So La La
The room I was given was truly not what one would expect for a 4* property. This hotel does in no way compare to other Radisson Blu properties that I have stayed at in the past. The location of the hotel on the other hand is great for business or a weekend trip.

Small but central
Definitely enjoyed my stay. Service was great,, breakfast tasty, and location ideal. The bed was small and not extremely comfortable. I would definitely book a double even for one person next time.

Decent choice in Brussels
Good location, though does border a traffic'd road so i'd request room that does not border on Wolvengracht Street. Bed was average (not particularly plush, but comfortable), room had a slight odor, but with most hotels that is just a random thing rather than an overall issue with the hotel. Wifi was free and pretty good. I'd recommend, but not resoundingly.

Great location, nice staff
The staff were very responsive. The room was a bit small but normal for Europe in general I believe. The location was great. On a very cute walkable street. Would definitely stay there again. Near theaters and restaurants.

Excellent hotel!
This hotel was about two minutes away from the British Museum. Covent Garden is 10 minutes away. It was about 15 minutes in the theatres. So, location is great. The room was small, but comfortable. I received one with a shower, which was small. The breakfast was good which a lot to choose from, such as an english breakfast or cereal or toast or pastries. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone.

Winter Getaway to London
The staff and location of this hotel were fantastic. They checked us in early the day of our arrival and were even able to offer a room upgrade at no cost. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of room. The bath was a little different, as we had a high walled tub with a shower head. It was a little tricky getting in out of the shower, what with the beautiful but slippery marble tile floors. It was a grand surprise to have a US 110V outlet in the room! What a bonus. The concierge staff was exceptional (ask for Michael!). We would highly recommend this hotel. Location was perfect for subway and bus transport.

Stop by for a great and reasonable breakfast at Giovanni's cafe, just down the side street in front of the British Museum.

SO SO but Expensive
The room is very small, and everything is very expensive. The location is very hard to find. Some of staff are not very nice.
