Poor experience unfortunately
On arrival I was waiting over 20 minutes at check-in. On entering my room it was cold and remained so for nearly 90 minutes on a very cold evening. At 2150 when I wanted to be in bed, I was offered an alternative room which was simply not acceptable. I have stayed at many RB Hotels in Europe and US and UK and was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.

Good location, excellent service
This is a good place to stay in London. Very close to the tube, friendly and helpful staff, and some good pubs close by for post-show debriefing.

Great location - Good value
great location, close to good food and pubs. steps away from Warren Street Tube station. Grocery next door and across the street. Good breakfast bar and relaxing pub area in the evening. Rooms are small, like most London hotels, but clean and comfortable. Much better than the standard London tourist hotels.
