There's a pleasing buzz to this hotel that reflects the energy of its location, equally good for the City, the West End or even Paris via St Pancras station. Through the airy marbled lobby, TRUNK is the hotel's soul,a lively bar and restaurant hosting an eclectic local crowd. Rooms by contrast are peaceful, stylish and ergonomically designed for ultimate relaxation Upgrade to Deluxe or Business Class Room and receive our daily Voucher for drinks that can be redeemed at the hotel bar to the value of 15 GBP per night.

Dining

Steak & Lobster
Steak and Lobster Warren Street is the newest arrival in a deliciously simple restaurant experience in London. Our name, our menu. We've taken choice and refined it. With fewer options, we can focus on perfecting what we do best: 10oz, dry-aged rib-eye steaks and fresh whole lobsters served on the half-shell. Choose one for 20. No warm-up acts. Just headliners. Our buzzing restaurant at Warren Street is a great location. Close to Euston, Kings Cross, University College London & University College Hospital, our central location means its ideal for fabulous food without the hassle. So take a hike, tagliatelle. Amuse-bouches, vamoosh. No compromise. No pretence. Simply This or That.

London quick trip

The hotel was great including the ovation right near warren st tube station. However, my one complaint was the bed was a small twin sized bed which would have been unsuitable if I was traveling with my girlfriend.

Inprovemtnent needed

As soon we entered our room, everything was spotless except the room temperature were not activated. We thought it may take a while to warm the room up. Two hours later, nothing happening hence we raised this issue to reception. They sent an engineering to report, and was told give it 15 mins to warm up. Then 3 hours laters there was no heating!!! I have to say I was ill, let alone I had a major heart operation two years ago. My friend rang the reception to demand that we move to another room. Was told, unfortunately, we are unable to move until following day. First night, I suffered of lack of sleeping due to a cold temperature, heavily exhausted. With my heart diseases required a high room temperature and warm water. Without it, I will become ill suddenly. The following day arrived. We were told that a new room will be ready by 3pm. At the reception already knew the current room we stayed on a first night has a faulty with room temperature. Here I was thinking, ok if you know there was a fault why did you put myself in that situation. They need to be considered of customers well being. I am appalled by this, sickening. Anyhow, my friend and I went away for sighting in London. Pleasant weather to go with. We then returned to this hotel for our 2nd night. We suddenly discovered that our new room is not ready despite being told by receptionist earlier in the day. We waited an hour and 15 mins for the new room to be ready. As soon we stepped into our new room, the temperature was activated, just brilliant. My friend and I were pleased with the result until we discovered more error. The bath taps were not working and no HOT water!!!!!!!!!!! Give me a strength!!!!! I have to say I have never been so angry but never complained at this stage, because I had enough! I paid in full advance, but what did I get in return?!? Nothing. Disgraceful. I am truly disappointed.

So so

Everything is OK, but the room is too small to anything. However, the staff is great and help me a lot!

pleasant stay

The hotel was very accommodating and the staff were attentive and helpful with our requests for extra towels ect. The breakfast was excellent and we got a discount from the reception worth asking for. A really enjoyable stay although pricey you get what you pay for, good location, nice room, efficient staff, I would stay here again this is my second Radisson Blu stay this year do they have a loyalty scheme? .

Poor experience unfortunately

On arrival I was waiting over 20 minutes at check-in. On entering my room it was cold and remained so for nearly 90 minutes on a very cold evening. At 2150 when I wanted to be in bed, I was offered an alternative room which was simply not acceptable. I have stayed at many RB Hotels in Europe and US and UK and was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.

Great value!

I booked a great hotel deal. The hotel website itself had some good offers. I got a 4-star for a 3-star price. Location was excellent, room size was sufficient and overall service was great. No complaints at all.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Hotel has great restaurants within 5-minute walk and you can also get your essentials at a Sainsbury (like a 7-11) across the street and a Tesco express around the corner.

Not a good place to stay if you're on vacation... or anything for that matter!

The first room I was given smelled so bad, I had to ask for a different room. The room was incredibly small (even though most European rooms are often small). There was barely any room to walk between the foot of the bed and the wall, the TV/Cable options were horrible, the bathroom was so tiny, I kept getting my clothes caught on the handle every time I walked in (it was that narrow). The WiFi they offer is terrible considering I'd have to stay stationed in one area of the room where I got the signal. Their business center is in the basement. There are more guests that are there for business as opposed to pleasure. It's a hotel that fails miserably at trying to be one of the top hotels. Customer service is horrible as well.
