GREAT HOTEL -GREAT LOCATION
This was an excellent hotel for the two tourists we were on our trip. Close to the tube, Waterloo Station, several tourist attractions and two bridges across the river. Very friendly and attentive staff. AND it was a great value. We are looking at it again for our next trip.

Book a studio room
This is a really nice hotel, pretty new. Book a studio room instead of the superior room, it'll make a huge difference. The dinnerware they provide in the room is Wedgewood, it says the quality and taste of the hotel. Highly recommend--the studio room.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Very few dining options around the hotel. If going east along the Thames, pass the London Eye, there are a few casual restaurants on the right-hand side (of course) opening late, ex. Wagamama & Strada.

Look no further for a quality hotel at a reasonable price!
Early check-in was available after a transatlantic flight - so this was much appreciated. Rooms are modern and quiet and housekeeping polite and helpful (as indeed were all the hotel staff). The location is difficult to beat! No hesitation in recommending this hotel and we will be staying there again next time we visit London.

Good hotel -
We arrived at around 9:30 in the morning and they had our room ready, we paid for an upgraded room with an outside view. The room was nice but needed more drawers and closet space (2 small drawers in the closet.). We got the breakfast buffet for £10 each per day and the first day they were very unorganized but they got it together for the rest of the trip. They had the same food everyday, which got a little boring. The spa was outstanding! Location was good, easy access to Big Ben, Parliment, London Eye etc. and Westminster tube stop. Overall good hotel, we would stay there again.

Just Awesome!
This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. It's a 5 minute walk to several underground stations, right across the Thames from Parliament, Big Ben, and a 5 minute walk to the London Eye. I told the hotel staff we were on our honeymoon and they gave us an upgraded room, access to the executive lounge for one night, and even had a piece of chocolate cake in our room at check-in. The room was fantastic except that the carpet was slightly dirty looking and there were some marks on the walls. The bathroom was exceptional and the views incredible. We ordered room service a couple of times and weren't really impressed with the in-room dining food, but the bar and restaurants downstairs were much better. There was a mistake on my bill, but it was an accident and the staff took it off without question. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

In Hotel
I would stay away from the Executive Lounge access (about a $60 per night cost). You get breakfast, high tea, and cocktails from 5:30-8. We took our breakfast with us to see more of the city and weren't around for high tea. The pubs were much cheaper for a couple hours worth of drinks.

Best views for a hotel in London ?
I stayed here for one night with my wife and absolutely loved this hotel with its modern design, and great facilities. We had a studio room on the fourth floor with amazing views out across Westminster Bridge onto Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. The room was very tastefully decorated, with a separate sitting room, and basic cooking facilities (cutlery, microwave, tea cofee making facilities etc). Great choice at breakfast - and a very good selection of bars and cafes within the hotel. The gym was also a very good standard with a wide range of equipment - with a very good (if small at 15 metre) pool. Definitely one of my favourite hotels in London already !

Short walk from hotel
There are 2 tube stations within easy reach - Waterloo is 5 mins away, or Westminster tube is just across the other side of Westminster bridge.
