A friendly, family run hotel offering comfortable accommodation and breakfast at competitive and moderate prices. The hotel is situated in the heart of London, close to Victoria Underground, Railway and Coach Stations (3 minutes walk away). Most of London Top Tourist attractions are all within walking distance: Buckingham Palace, House of Parliament and Big Ben, Tate Gallery, Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey etc

Dirty ..everywhere

Dirty was'nt the word. Carpets and if you dare to peep at the mattress. I told reception to check and I was given another room with a dripping shower and cracked window.I was sternly told there was no alternative so I warned the receptionist that I would call out Enviromental Health. I'm still waiting for a refund -3 weeks after walking out without staying there. Please take a look for yourselves

The hotel is very old . The room

The hotel is very old . The room is very small and dirty. Worst for the bathroom and toilet . You have to pay $4 pounds to the reception if you need to leave the luggage in the hotel for just two hours. not customer orientation.

En arrivant à The Park Hotel London,

En arrivant à The Park Hotel London, j'ai été re-dirigée vers l'hôtel Corbigoe situé dans la même rue et appartenant au même propriétaire. J'ai été très déçue par le rapport qualité prix.

el atendimento en la entrada

el atendimento en la entrada es malisimo. los atendentes son hindus con mala hostia y sin educacion. te pide para pagar en metalico a los gritos, para pagar con targeta te cobra un extra estuvo por ocho dias en una habitacion con vazamento en la pica del baño. el baño era tan pequeño como de un avion me echaran a los critos y con gestos de manos de la cafeteria porque queria desayunar a las 9:45 . pense que el dasayuno era hasta las 10:00 como todos los hoteles. no volvere jamais al the park hotel .
