Excellent stop-over before flying from Heathrow.
The hotel was perfect for my needs. I had business near King's Cross before returning to the US. My one complaint was that I could not get into my room until 1:30 pm. The receptionist insisted that there was not a single room available at that time. This was a problem since I had arrived from Cambridge at 10 am. The breakfast was plentiful but not especially memorable.

Great location and amenities
We loved this place and the location could not be more perfect - easy access from LHR and to all parts of central London with an Oyster card. Our only complaint was the very unreliable wireless Internet in the room provided by a third party; it never really did work properly. But room, gym, bar, staff and everything else were great!

Great hotel
This hotel is steps from the St. Pancras railway station. So if you're coming in from Paris on the Eurostar like we were, you can't best this hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Fine hotel at wonderful location
Stayed four nights at this hotel. After arrival on Eurostar from the continent, it is very convenient that the hotel is situated next to St Pancras station. Quick, efficient and friendly check-in. Room is rather plain but comfortable. Beds clean, comfortable but a bit short. Airconditioning is in good order but next to that, the window can in fact be opened, a big plus! Bathroom was fine, the shower ok. A big disappointment: no free wifi, not even in the lobby. The offer to order pay tv combined with wifi for £15 was too much to ask for.

Long walk from hotel
Jamie Oliver's restaurant 'Jamie's Italian' in Islington (Angel tube or a 25-minute walk from the hotel) is absolutely wonderful. Great food and service at reasonable prices. Shorter waiting times to be seated than at the Covent Garden location.

We were very disappointed in this hotel - although the location was superb, the accommodations did not justify the price. The staff were friendly, but completely non-responsive. Our shower leaked profusely, flooding the bathroom floor, and it took 3 calls to even get additional towels to clean up the mess. It appeared that certain decorative touches had been added to help justify the price - such as a glass vanity - but no attention was paid to the basics such as the plumbing and the comfort of the bed.

Great location for travel to Paris
They let us check in early. The room was small but adequate. The hotel is new and modern. Since the hotel is located near the train and underground station it was easy to get around. Great location if you are going on the Eurosta.
